Novartis Australia and New Zealand Terms and Conditions
1. The ‘Promoter’ is Novartis Animal Health Australasia (ABN 64 076 745 198) “Novartis”, of 54 Waterloo Road, North Ryde NSW 2113.
2. This promotional offer is only available to ‘Eligible Participants’, which are defined as individuals who upload an image and caption of their dog to the Interceptor Spectrum Tasty Chews website (www.interceptorspectrum.com.au).
3. The submission of their personal details on the website constitutes the Entry Form into the draw.
4. The ‘Promotional Period’ is from 1 August 2010 to 31 December 2010 inclusive (AEST).
5. The ‘Promotional Offer’ consists of: 5 x 3-packs of Interceptor Spectrum Tasty Chews. Total prize value is approximately $200.
6. The final cut-off date for entries is 16:59pm 31 December 2010 (AEST).
7. The Promotional Offer is only available to Australian Residents.
8. A judge will be appointed for each draw to judge all Eligible Participants’ entries at 12:00pm on the 1/9/10, 1/10/10, 1/11/10, 1/12/10 and 11/1/12 at Unit 10, 10-12 George Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.
9. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. All winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
11. Any unclaimed prizes will be rejudge 12:00pm 1 March 2012 at Unit 10, 10-12 George Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.
12. None of Prizes in the ‘Promotional Offer’ are transferable, redeemable for cash or can be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
13. Eligible Participants cannot be employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of the agencies associated with this offer; and are not a spouse, parent, sibling, or natural or adopted child of such an employee.
14. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the ‘Relevant Parties’) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) whatsoever which is suffered or incurred by an Eligible Reseller connected with this offer, including; (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from or contributed to by negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
15. Eligible Participant details are collected by the Promoter only to enable offer administration. If an Eligible Reseller fails to correctly provide those details, they may not receive any Prize. An Eligible Participant may contact the Promoter at the Promotion Address indicated above or by calling 1800 633 768, to request access to their details that are still held by the Promoter.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupt or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images, text or content.
